What is Aquarium?
A collection of 2,222 fully on-chain sea creatures on Robinhood Chain. Mostly fish, with exactly 10 sharks and 1 whale minted at fixed odds across the whole collection. Art, traits, and metadata all live in the smart contract itself — nothing hosted on IPFS or a server that could go down.
What do I need to mint?
A wallet with some ETH on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663), and the mint price shown above — that price is read live from the contract, so trust the number on the page over anything written elsewhere. If your wallet doesn't have Robinhood Chain added yet, connecting here will prompt you to add it.
Can I mint more than one at a time?
Yes — use the +/- next to the price to pick a quantity. The contract only mints one creature per transaction, so minting several sends that many transactions back to back, one wallet confirmation each, rather than a single batch purchase.
What's the difference between a fish, shark, and whale?
Species is rolled randomly the instant you mint and locked forever after that — it can never change. Fish are uncapped. Sharks and the whale are hard-capped at 10 and 1 respectively, for the entire collection, forever — once those slots are filled, no amount of minting can ever create another one.
Is the art actually on-chain?
Yes. Every image is generated and stored directly by the contract as an SVG, returned straight from tokenURI() — nothing pinned externally. The contract source is verified on the block explorer, so you can read exactly how it works, or call tokenURI() yourself to see the raw output.
What's the redemption vault?
You can burn any creature you own to claim a share of the ETH held in a separate vault contract, funded by a portion of mint fees. This is a collectible with a burn-to-redeem mechanic built in — it's not an investment, and nothing here is financial advice. There's no promise that redemption value goes up, stays flat, or that the collection appreciates in any way.
What are "tide events"?
Phase two, not live yet: creatures will also mint through swaps on our Uniswap v4 pool, and periodically a pot built from swap fees gets drawn — with sharks and the whale getting significantly better odds of winning it than a fish holder. We'll announce when this actually goes live.
My wallet won't connect, or I'm on mobile — what do I do?
If you're in a regular mobile browser (not a wallet app), tap one of the "open in [wallet]" links that show up — they reopen this page inside your wallet's own in-app browser, which is required for connecting to work at all on mobile. If your wallet has no browser extension at all (Robinhood Wallet, for example), use the WalletConnect button instead and scan the QR code from the wallet app. If you're already inside a wallet app and it's still not working, double check the wallet actually has Robinhood Chain added and some ETH on that specific network — it's easy to have funds elsewhere and none here.
